Holistic Counselling
A bow to the Tao
After an accumulation of adverse childhood experiences and a swellingly traumatic adolescence, I turned to the arts to philosophise my life. I eventually earned a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and although I was achieving academic excellence, my repressed history had inevitably surfaced. A crumbling body, extreme loneliness and an aching that knew this trajectory was a cul-de-sac. Too sore to make art, I compensated and transitioned into service roles, supporting others in their creative pursuits. I've worked at the National Gallery of Victoria, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art as an Art Assistant for overseas artist, as well as smaller grassroots organisations and Studio Assistant to a well-established visual artist in Narrm/Melbourne.
My true path didn't commence until I was bombed by chronic illness—a profound robbery of everything I once identified with. Years spent laboriously searching for answers to physical and existential suffering (which became the foundation of my work today). I gathered multi-levelled healing tools and communities worldwide; collaborating with Shamans, Medical/Naturopathic Doctors and varying therapists, all in the name of transformation. This is why I choose Holistic Counselling, because allowing life to thrive through oneself requires a perpetually Integral approach.
Most gratefully, this journey birthed my intuitive pinpoint for deeper truths in any given situation and to articulate patterns with precision. Darkness made me a truth seer. With a reservoir of wisdom, I returned to creating and healing but as an act of service, an offering, a passing on of the torch. I'm certified as a Meditation & Mindfulness practitioner, Cert I Sound Healer and a qualifying Practitioner of Holistic Counselling. I draw from fields of Depth

Psychology, Heart-Math, Somatic Pattern Recognition, and Systemic Constellation methodologies. I'm a depth musician, an involutionary rebel, a lover of communion, with the mind of a leader and the heart of a child.
